Campaigns created and paid after 18.30 on Friday can be evaluated after 09.30 on Monday.

Address Information

Please write your address information as clearly as possible. You can even write the recipe information of your address, if any. (Example: Third street when you enter next to the post office, etc.)

Incorrect/Missing Orders

In the event that a missing information or an incorrect transaction is detected in your campaign evaluated by the Fenomio team, our team will contact you via the contact information you specified when you became a member.

How many days is the return period?

Since what is purchased is a service, there will be no refund after your campaign is activated by our team.

What are the return conditions?

You must immediately contact our team for the campaign you have requested to return and report the situation before your campaign is activated. There are no refunds for activated campaigns. If the requests submitted to us comply with the refund conditions, the refund of the Service amounts will be processed on the day we receive the request. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 45 days at the latest, and payments made by wire transfer are reflected in the account within 1 week at the latest.

If the requests received by our company comply with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the request is received by us.
