A. DATA CONTROLLER

Fenomio Internet Advertising Services Trade Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Fenomio") hereby informs you that we process your personal data as a data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "PDPL") and other relevant legislation.

B. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed by the Company for the following purposes and legal reasons, including but not limited to these:

Carrying out necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of the company's commercial activities and the related business processes,
Carrying out necessary work by our business units to benefit individuals from the products and services offered by the company and the related business processes,
Planning and executing activities necessary for customizing products and services offered by the company according to the tastes, usage habits, and needs of individuals, and recommending and promoting them to individuals,
Processing for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-occupational security of the Company and individuals who have a business relationship with the Company. Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and in any case for the legal statute of limitations.

C. METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

Your personal data to be provided within the scope of the service provided by our company will be obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically, through automatic or non-automatic methods, offices, branches, call center, website, social media channels, mobile applications, agencies, written/digital applications made to direct sales teams, and similar means, based on the legal reasons set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL, in order to fulfill the purposes in paragraph (b) of this text. D. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED

Your personal data that you have transferred to the Company or obtained by the Company, with your explicit consent or within the framework of legal exceptions and obligations, is subject to the relevant main purposes and Fenomio Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data specified in subparagraph (b) of this text, in accordance with Article 5 of the PDPL regarding the transfer of personal data. E. YOUR RIGHTS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 11 OF THE PDPL

Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
